Roloff Farms becomes a rental

I have worked for iTrip for some time now, and have had the opportunity to take photos of some really neat places. When I got the call about the Roloff Farms, I couldn’t contain my excitement. Growing up in the Beaverton/Hillsboro areas of Oregon, every one knew who the Roloff family was. They are famous! And I was going to be the one who got to take updated photos of the entire property.

The Roloff family had a show while I was growing up called “Little People, Big World” on the network TLC. The family property is a large 34-acres in Helvatia, Oregon, just a 25 minute drive outside Portland and has pumpkins, a pirate ship on a lake, a three-story treehouse, full-size Medieval castle, regulation soccer field, volleyball court, mine shaft, restored barns, and tunnels.

Little did I know, after taking photos of the house and all of it’s stunning custom architectures, that these photos would be featured in InTouch Magazine, Yahoo News and more. My photos have now been seen by millions who follow the Roloff family and that is a feeling I cannot compare to. Well, maybe my marriage and the birth of my daughter are the best feelings ever, but this was definitely up there.
